When I joined BestDoctor, the brand had already launched — the visual identity existed, but its practical application across the company was still limited.

Scaling and automation

One of my key contributions was building automated workflows and scalable design processes that allowed teams to produce polished, on-brand content without designer involvement — significantly improving speed and consistency across the company.

Developing within the brand

The brand already had a strong visual identity. I extended it across new subbrand products and tools, creating visual concepts that built directly on the core system. For example, I developed visual concepts for presentations, handouts, internal documents, and analytics dashboards, evolving the existing brand.

Created templates for product landing pages used in hypothesis testing — reduced time to market by 54%. Defined sub-brand guidelines for BestInsure.

Designed the BestDoctor career website and contributed to the B2C & HR services showcase site (homepage + 12 product landing pages).

Collaborated with the Art Director to onboard 100+ employees to Figma over 2 years, fully replacing PowerPoint.

Organized and curated the company’s internal photo bank.

Implemented auto-layouts and reusable components in templates so employees could produce materials efficiently without design knowledge.

Strengthened brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Contributed to measurable time savings and improved efficiency, allowing the company to focus on strategic initiatives.
